This 10DLC Privacy Policy (“Policy”), (collectively “Accent”, “us”, “we”, “our”) explains our privacy practices concerning the use of 10DLC (10-Digit Long Code) numbers to send and receive text messages and provides information on how and why we use these numbers to communicate with you.
USE OF 10DLC NUMBERS
When you consent to receive text messages from us via 10DLC, we may collect certain information including your phone number, message content, and any other information you provide during our communications.
OPT-IN PROCEDURES
Currently, the only method for opting in to receive text messages is by our team asking for your consent directly. We do not use automated systems for this purpose. Your consent will be recorded at the time of agreement, ensuring that all text messages you receive from us are based on your explicit permission.

The information collected through 10DLC messaging will be used for the following purposes:
